Changeis was assessed by a global certification body accredited by the American National Standards Institutes (ANSI)-American Society for Quality (ASQ) National Accreditation Board.
The ISO 20000-1:2018 certification outlines criteria for a structured Service Management System (SMS). With Changeis’ ever-expanding offering of services, the ISO 20000-1:2018 certification helps ensure that services are managed and delivered effectively, processes are continually improved, and customer requirements are met in an efficient and timely manner.
As part of the certification process, Changeis underwent a comprehensive two-stage audit that reviewed the company’s ability to support the service lifecycle, including planning, design, transition, delivery and improvement of services. Attainment of this certification is a testament to the company’s constant pursuit of providing, executing and continuously improving services that meet and exceed customer requirements.
